Ronald Ouma – Program Coordinator
Ronald Ouma, a seasoned teacher and graduate from Maseno University, serves as the secretary and project coordinator for Siaya Project. With over 18 years of experience in youth engagement, he oversees co-curricular activities and counseling at his school and extends these services to Siaya Project. Mr. Ouma has been instrumental in advancing children’s rights and adolescent empowerment through various programs, including those supported by NASCOP, SWAP, LSTM, and KMRI.
Col Fraser
As a former business manager with an International major enterprise, Col is a key sponsor and Siaya supporter. Based between Australia and the USA, Col brings proven Leadership from strategic, operational and senior management roles that have created highly experienced, results oriented, effective and capable teams. Direct global experience across the USA, European, Australasian and African markets, guarantees cultural understanding and enhanced leadership. Technical engineering, operational and commercial marketing roles combine with personal aptitudes of customer service, integrity, determination, participation, team focus and commitment to shape a highly competent professional.

Committed to supporting Siaya project university students to success and offering expert social media support. He has a degree in Medical Engineering and delivers a unique blend of technical competence and coaching skills to help students succeed in their academic and professional endeavours. He is passionate about education and digital engagement, and he is dedicated to coaching students to reach their goals and successfully navigate the digital terrain.
